With this move comes the following changes to your user and email accounts. We apologize for any inconvenience these changes may cause:

1. Your E-mail Address and Password will remain the same;
2. Change your User ID by adding 5983 in front of your User name; for example, User Name Apple will need to be changed to 5983Apple;
3. Change Specify Name Server Address to Server Assigned Name Server Address
4. Change your e-mail outgoing e-mail server to smtp.rainbows.net

Please make the changes according to the following guide:

Changing your dial-up networking settings

1. Double-click the My Computer icon on your desktop;
2. Double-click Dial-up Networking;
3. Right-click the dial-up profile or Rainbows.net and click Property
4. Click the box below the Telephone Number, and change 946-1113 to 441-0111;
5. Click Server Types and click TCP/IPS Settings;
6. Click Server Assigned Name Server Address;
7. Double-click the dial-up profile or Rainbows.net, and add 5983 in front of the User Name (See example "B" above);
8. After all the tasks are completed, please close all the windows

Setting up Outlook Express

1. Change the outgoing e-mail server from mail.rainbows.net to smtp.rainbows.net from mail.rainbows.net
   1. Open Outlook Express and select tools then choose accounts
   2. Select mail and select properties from the right hand side
   3. In the mail.rainbows.net properties, select server and change the outgoing server to smtp.rainbows.net
